Conscious Family Coaching

Conscious Family Coaching

Conscious Family Coaching sessions will provide each member of the family with coping skills to manage family dynamics. Support will be offered with behaviour management techniques, learning to listen to each other to identify solutions. Guidance for parents to work together as a team. Helping family members to see things from each other’s perspective.

A family coach will listen to everyone within the family and support positive change.

Youth coaching is also offered within the sessions to support teenagers with personal development and to manage any stress and anxieties that the young person may be faced with, for example, bullying, decision making, parents not understanding them, unsure if they are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and their anxieties with exams and their future prospects.

The family coach has worked with children and families for 18 years within the Local Government. Qualifications include, accredited family mediator, mindfulness teacher, child psychology and conscious parenting.
